2. One-Time Purchase Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your IQ report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially used or shared the report. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for one-time report purchases. Since our service is a digital product delivered instantly, we review refund requests to ensure fair use.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Non-Refundable Cases
We generally do not provide refunds for:
- Subscriptions cancelled after substantial use of the service
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted purchases where the terms explicitly state no refunds
6. Payment Processor
All payments are processed through Paddle. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5β10 business days to appear on your statement.
